3 Purpose of Personal Information Usage

DCR shall limit the usage of personal information to minimum and shall use personal information for limited cases as mentioned below, except the usage is allowed in advance by the individual concerned or authorized by law or authorized by exception of law.

• System development, operation, and maintenance for information system and so on.
• Computer network system development, operation, and maintenance.
• Products support register and product support.
• Training management for trainee.
• Questionnaire to customers for customer-satisfaction or so on.
• For various sales campaign.
• Contract related management for customers.
• Greeting such as New Year Cards.
• Human resource management including recruiting.
• Registration form for the visitors to enter company.

For the usage other than the above, DCR shall have the permission of usage from the individual concerned except the usage is allowed by the individual concerned in advance or the usage is authorized by law or by the exception of law.

4 Provision of Personal Information to the third party

Without the consent of the person who gave DCR the personal information, DCR shall not provide the given personal information for the third party, except the cases shown below.

• Legal restriction.
• In the case related to the human life, injury, or necessary to protect fortune and difficult to have agreement of the individual concerned.
• In the public health related cases and difficult to have agreement of the individual concerned.
• In the necessity to co-operate with national or municipal organization or the delegated agency to execute by law and the consent of the individual concerned is assumed to work adversely for execution.
